גיוס תרומות - ארגונים רשומים בלבד
גיוס תרומות באמצעות מערכת נדרים פלוס מותר אך ורק לארגונים ללא מטרות רווח הרשומים כדין בישראל (עמותה רשומה או חברה לתועלת הציבור). כל ארגון עובר הליך קליטה ואימות הכולל בדיקת מסמכי ההתאגדות הרשמיים שלו, בנוסף לאימות המבוצע על ידי חברת האשראי הסולקת, שבמסגרתו מוקצה לכל ארגון מספר ספק ייעודי. בתי עסק רשאים להשתמש במערכת לגביית תשלומים מסחריים בלבד, אינם רשאים לגייס תרומות ואינם יכולים להפיק קבלות תרומה.

מדיניות החזרת מוצרים וביטול עסקה
תשלום/תרומות ניתנות לביטול בתוך 24 שעות ממועד ביצועם. יש לפנות אל בתי העסק בכתב עם בקשת הביטול, בצירוף 4 ספרות אחרונות + שם תורם + תאריך ושעת ביצוע העסקה.
במקרה של רכישת מוצר/שרות שלא סופקו ע"י בית העסק, הלקוח זכאי לקבל את כספו בחזרה.
בית העסק פועל בכפוף למדיניות החזרת המוצרים לחוק הגנת הצרכן התשמ"א 1981.
אחריות החברה ואספקת המוצרים
בית העסק והנהלת האתר לא יהיו אחראיים ולא ישאו בכל נזק ישיר או עקיף באשר הוא.
בית העסק מתחייב לספק את המוצרים במסגרת זמן ההספקה שהובטח במעמד המכירה.
בית העסק אינו אחראי לעיכובים באספקת מוצרים כתוצאה מאירועים שאינו בשליטתו.
בית העסק יעביר קבלה / חשבונית לאחר התשלום ע"פ הוראות מס הכנסה.
הגבלת פרטיות
בית העסק פועלת להגנת ולשמירת פרטיך ופרטי האשראי שלכם. פרטים אלה נשמרים בצורה מאובטחת בהתאם לתקן PCI. פרטיכם ופרטי האשראי לא יועברו לצד ג'.

Fundraising - Registered Organizations Only
Fundraising through the Nedarim Plus system is permitted only for non-profit organizations legally registered in Israel, including a registered association or a public-benefit company. Each organization undergoes an onboarding and verification process that includes checking its official incorporation documents, in addition to verification by the acquiring credit-card company, under which a dedicated merchant number is assigned to each organization. Businesses may use the system for commercial payments only, may not raise donations and cannot issue donation receipts.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Payments / donations may be cancelled within 24 hours of the time they were made. A written cancellation request should be submitted to the organization together with the last four digits, donor name, and the date and time of the transaction.
In the case of a product or service purchased but not supplied by the business, the customer is entitled to receive a refund.
The business operates in accordance with its return policy and the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
Liability and Supply of Products
The business and website management shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage.
The business undertakes to supply products within the delivery period promised at the time of sale.
The business is not responsible for delays in delivery resulting from events beyond its control.
The business will provide a receipt / invoice following payment in accordance with the applicable tax requirements.
Privacy
The business acts to protect and safeguard your personal and credit-card information. These details are stored securely in accordance with PCI requirements. Your personal and credit-card information will not be transferred to third parties.
