Rabbi Shimon Raphael Ansbacher

1972 – 1984

Quiet and poor in his life and suffering

One of the group that died will be taken care of by the whole group. It was with deep sorrow that we received the sad news of the passing of a member of the organization, a dear and beloved man, a true friend, the late Rabbi Shimon, who in recent years has been absent from activity in the ranks of the organization, due to his health condition, which he faced bravely and endured his suffering in silence, but his spirit She was with us until her last day, and we saw her as a friend and partner in action, and her departure was very painful for all of us.

The late Shimon was a man of truth, upright and gentle, who for years acted with the grace of truth within the organization. He always asked with a bright face and soul to see what could be helped and helped, he would show up as a soldier at the calls that were in his work area. Even when it was difficult for him to go to events in the field, he came Still for Zakah events and trainings, because he considered himself one of the group, and was even awarded a certificate of appreciation a number of years ago.
Shimon was one of the graduates of the unit, but he always saw himself as an equal among equals, we had as a symbol and an example of a humble and humble man who sees before his eyes only the important task of giving and helping others and it is a candle to his feet and important to him as part of his daily routine. Days passed, we learned a lot from him and took with us as a sidekick from those days when he was active, quietly and comfortably that characterized his special personality. A conversationalist, practical and understanding, honest, dedicated and loyal like no other, lived the organization as a part of it and was caring and a true partner on the way.

The loss is great and has no return. The late Shimon will always remember as one of the first volunteers in the Zaka organization and the benevolent people of the previous generation that what was in front of his eyes was only how to do good to the other and fulfill the mission to the best of its ability. May his memory be blessed.
