Rahamim Tolmsov z"l

The late R. Rahamim Tolmsov volunteer

1971 – 1984

Modest, pleasant in his ways, quiet and humble, does not make himself a concern in anything, worships God in faith, who seeks to collect rights and commandments in his life, which he feels like a corridor before the lounge, because for years he suffered real torment, bearing his illnesses in silence and accepting the judgment of heaven with love. This is the image of our member of the organization of “Chesd of Emet” the late Rachaim.

There was no one who had a grudge against Rahamim Zal, loved by heaven and comfortable to mankind, he was faithful to his mission, he would come and help from the heart, for every case of death in the OT to which he was sent as part of his volunteering. I remember a special case, in a hostel on Ben Zvi St. in Tel Aviv. A case of death was reported and Rahamim Zal was rushed to the scene. When he arrived he found that it was a hostel and the nurse there informed him that the deceased who was an elderly woman over the age of 90 was born in Russia and ordered them to transfer her body to the crematorium. The late Rahami was shocked and knowing the language, he asked to talk to his son from abroad and managed to convince him that he would take care of all the funeral arrangements, because it is forbidden to burn a Jewish woman. In the end, a Jewish funeral was held and the son even came to Israel to say Kaddish. He was not as happy as the late Rahamit at that time, who felt great satisfaction at the privilege that fell to him.

We are his friends who remember the mercy of the deceased in all his strength, before he began to suffer great suffering that lasted for years, we are pained by the passing of a true man, a doer of true kindness, a faithful friend, who always shone the light of his face even in his most difficult hours, held his hands in faith and walked with her in a good name While he was still young, he did not get to marry all of his descendants, he left a great void, he will surely be a mentor of honesty to all his family and descendants and to my friends at the ZAKA Tel Aviv unit where he spent half of his life. May his soul be bundled in the bundle of life.
